SINGAPORE TRANSFERS
Carnival Cruise Line offers transportation services between Singapore, Changi Airport and the Cruise Terminal, on the day of embarkation, or debarkation only. Guests may purchase transportation up to three days prior to their sail date.
FLIGHT AND TRANSPORTATION TIMES
Airport-to-pier transportation
To purchase Carnival's transportation service, your flight must arrive no later than 12:00 PM on the day of your cruise. Transportation service will start at 10:00 AM.
NOTE: Guests who purchase their own airfare tickets and are using Carnival's Airport Transportation are required to provide flight information via Online Check-In no later than two days prior to their cruise date. The airport is staffed based on known flight information. Once all known flights are met, the staff is released, and service is no longer available.
Pier-to-airport transportation
Return flights must not be any earlier than 11:30 AM on the day of debarkation. Guests are required to identify and claim their luggage in the terminal and pass through Customs with their passport. Guests will be transferred direct from the pier to the airport. Ground staff will direct guests to their ground transportation located just outside the terminal’s exit. Transportation service will be provided throughout the duration of the debarkation process.
PURCHASING TRANSPORTATION
To purchase transportation, guests can either contact their travel agent or Carnival reservations directly at 1-800-327-9501. Guests can also purchase transportation by following these steps:

1. Log in to access My Cruise Manager. |

2. Click "Categories" located at the top of the web page, then select "Airport Transfers."

3. Once on the "Airport Transfers" page, make your selection.

4. After making your transfer purchase, return to Online Check-In and provide your flight itinerary. |
Guests who purchase their own air tickets are required to provide flight information via Online Check-In when purchasing transportation. Changes to flight details are the responsibility of the guest and must be re-entered into Online Check-In no later than two days prior to their cruise. Carnival is not responsible for providing transportation to guests who schedule flights outside of the service times listed above or provide incorrect flight information.
UPON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT
After collecting their luggage, guests should proceed to baggage claim at their respective belts. Upon collection of their luggage, guests would then need to go through customs clearance.
Flight arrival before 9am:
Guests proceed to the meeting point located at Terminal 1, Arrival Hall Information Counter. Transfer pick up will be at 10:00AM.
How to get to meeting point:
From Terminal 2:
Skytrain Service (5-7 minutes ride)
Guest can take the complimentary Skytrain service from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, and head over to the information counter at the Arrival Hall.
From Terminal 3:
Skytrain Service (5-7 minutes ride)
Guest can take the complimentary Skytrain service from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1, and head over to the information counter at the Arrival Hall.
From Terminal 4:
Shuttle Bus (8-10 minutes bus ride)
Guest can take the complimentary shuttle bus services from Terminal 4 to Terminal 1, then head over to the information counter at the Arrival Hall.
Guests who arrive prior to their sail date must return to the airport no later than 10:00 AM on the day of sailing to meet with a representative at the meeting point mentioned above.
Flight arrival 9 AM and after on embarkation day:
Intercruises staff will meet and greet the guests at the Arrival Hall glass door after customs clearance, at the respective terminals in which the flights land.

ON THE RETURN HOME
A pier representative will direct guests to their motorcoach once they have collected their luggage, cleared customs, and exited the terminal.
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
The vehicle operator is an independent contractor. Carnival assumes no liability for losses, damages, or injuries in connection with the use of the operator. Carnival reserves the right to discontinue transportation service at any time. Prices and acceptable flight times are subject to change without notice.
